Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
- The request is made within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personal care items that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased on sale or under special promotions (unless defective).
Shipping Costs
If your return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.
